What does this mean? 

Please note this was a demo club head previously used for club fitting. It has a hosel that requires the Ping fitting adapter to be attached to the shaft that you want to use with this head (meant for quick change club fitting enviroment) - see 4th and 5th photos. It is a fully functioning club that performs the same as a non demo club but has a very slightly different look.
